We have the best black truffles, freshly harvested between the months of November and March in the holm oak forests of Teruel and Soria, located between 500 and 1,000 metres above sea level.
Our ‘black diamond’ has a very fine skin with violet tones, and its flesh has whitish streaks and hints of lilac, offering a subtle aroma of damp earth that attests to its freshness.
