The fertile and generous soil of the banks of the River Ebro in Navarra is represented in Vinoteca Mendibil through its peppers, artichokes, asparagus and pocha beans. Vegetables selected for canning by expert gastronomes, which make a welcome addition to any meal.
Our preserves are made from only the freshest produce, canned almost immediately after being harvested by hand by experienced and dedicated farmers.
